2,000 Metres Above Sea Level. The Difference Is in the Air.
Altitude slows growth and concentrates the flavour compounds that no lower-elevation tea can replicate. Our gardens sit between 1,400 and 2,200 metres — where the air is clean, the soil is mineral, and the seasons are severe.

The Journey Behind Every Leaf
Cultivated
Tea bushes grow slowly above 1,800m. The cold, clean Himalayan air and mineral-rich soil do the rest.
Hand-Picked
Only the bud and first two leaves. Harvested by hand at sunrise, when the leaf holds its peak aromatic complexity.
Processed
Withered, rolled, and dried using traditional methods adapted over generations to the Himalayan climate.
Your Cup
Packed fresh, shipped direct. No blending. No warehousing. The same tea the farmer made, arriving at your door.

What Our Partners Say
From Michelin-starred restaurants to independent tea shops across five continents.
The Ilam Gold is unlike anything we've served before. Our guests ask about it by name. It's become the centrepiece of our afternoon tea programme.
Head Sommelier
Five-star hotel, London
We've worked with many importers. Eastern Peaks is the only one who can tell us the exact plot, the picker, and the day of harvest. That traceability is what our customers demand.

The first flush white tea changed how I think about the category entirely. Delicate but present. Nothing fragile about it.
