Himalayan mountain peaks rising above the tea-growing highlands of Nepal

2,000 Metres Above Sea Level. The Difference Is in the Air.

Nepal sits in one of the world's most extraordinary tea-growing belts. Altitude slows growth, concentrating flavour compounds unavailable at lower elevations.

Our Sourcing Principles

01

We visit every farm before we buy.

No product is purchased sight unseen. Every season, our team travels to each estate to assess quality, working conditions, and farming practices firsthand.

02

We publish what we pay.

Transparency is not a marketing line. We publish our purchase prices and the percentage that reaches the farmer in our annual sourcing report.

03

We don't blend origin away.

Blending teas from different origins destroys traceability. We never blend. What the label says is exactly what is in the tin.

04

We invest in soil, not yield.

Short-term yield maximisation destroys long-term quality. We fund cover-cropping, composting, and water management programs on every estate we source from.
